The country is known for its affordability, access to education, and healthcare system.<\/p>\n<p>It has a life expectancy of 83.99 years, 3.24 years higher than its neighbor to the south, the United States.<\/p>\n<p>Canada outperforms the average in income, jobs, education, health, environmental quality, social connections, and life satisfaction, according to the OECD&#8217;s Better Life Index.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"InlineImage-styles-makeit-imageEmbed--kbwfw\" id=\"ArticleBody-InlineImage-107300344\" data-test=\"InlineImage\">\n<div class=\"InlineImage-styles-makeit-wrapper--AxC3F\">\n<div class=\"InlineImage-styles-makeit-captionContainer--Ef7Yz\">\n<p>Canada ranked as the third best country based on quality of life, according to the U.S. News and World Report.<\/p>\n<p>Jimfeng | E+ | Getty Images<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"group\">\n<p>The country has universal health care coverage.
